✉️ The 5th | The Email  Your monthly payment is securely processed. On this day, you will receive our secret selection email to either choose your pieces or opt for a mystery surprise.

 

🔒 The 10th | The Vault Locks The selection window gracefully closes. 

 

🛠️ The 10th - 20th | The Artisan's Time This is our quiet time in the studio. We spend these 10 days carefully hand-finishing, polishing, and beautifully wrapping your exclusive pieces.

 

🦉 The 20th | Dispatch Day All parcels take flight! Your monthly box is officially shipped out and on its way to your doorstep.

Subscription cut-off date

10th of each month is the cut-off date for this month's box. If subscribed on or before 10th, you will recieve your first box on around 21st. If subscribed after the 10th, your first box will roll over to the next month.

⏸️ Pause or Skip: Not feeling this month's theme, or going on holiday? You can easily skip a month or pause your membership in your portal.

 

🛑 Cancel Anytime: If you decide it's time to leave the club, you can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks—no hidden fees, no hard feelings.

 

(Just a little reminder: Please make sure to pause, skip, or cancel before the 10th of the month so we don't start crafting and packing your box!)

Hypoallergenic for sensitive skin

Alongside our signature handcrafted wood, we ensure all our metal findings (such as earring hooks, chains, and rings) are REACH-tested, hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and designed to be gentle on even the most sensitive skin.

I don't like this month's box, or it arrives damaged

Because our subscription boxes are highly discounted and curated just for you, we cannot accept returns simply for a change of mind—that's part of the mystery adventure! Remember, you can always customise your box before we send it. 

 

However, if a piece is damaged during its journey to you, simply send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily arrange a free replacement.
